Game help

I am making a pokemon game, and whenever I get through all the questions about name and things like that, the person shrinks and appears in the room and it won't let me move them and all the other sprites pop up! I really don't know what to do! And even though it says broadcast stairs it doesn't let me change the set, let along move!! Please help!
