Disturbing Movies/Video Games?

Anyone know any?  I haven't found anything thats really scary yet.  I have a wii, an xbox, and, of course, a TV.

PS1. It was a Japan only release though. And it sold terribly.

This videogame is where you play as a cannibalistic man in some kind of mental asylum and you're chased by ghosts. You must eat dots. The big flashy dots let you eat the ghosts, and all that's left are their eyeballs.
