I cant download scratch!

I use windows xp i try downloading it but i have to skip all the need to make scratch work! please help me!

Every time it goes to the first loading screen of the downloader its say

there was a problem downloading {this sound}.mp3 Do you want to retry skip or abort?

we try clicking retry but it wont work
