Looking for a longterm partner

I have been on Scratch for 3 and a half years, and I have never been part of a successful "Collaboration Team". I always find it is too slow, what I am looking for is one person with artistic skills. I have had trouble with making projects in the past that aren't graphically appealing.

If you want to join me, please post that you do.
