What should I code?
What should I code in javascript/PHP/html?
BTW, I'm still sorta a newb, but I can do basic stuff. And no graphics!

An all use website? You could make some template for a website that could be used for almost anything. Something like Joolma. That would be useful. -I'm currently working on something like that.
Maybe a pet-site where you can raise a pet(s) of some sort and make a world for them to wander in. Except that might require some images. 
Though it would still be cool. 
-I would be willing to help with that. 
The "template" site would be useful for this.

But on-topic now, how about making...a control panel for doing simple tasks on a website? Just an idea, but I'm not sure what exactly it would do, though.

I'm good at html and I'm Ok at javascript + css. I said no graphics because I can't make them

Well, you know, I sort of make mainly games. The nice thing about HTML is that it's got buttons, so it's not just text input like software input. I haven't gotten around to making one in HTML yet, but you know… you get the point.
