i love the ending because it's left often. it's not like "YOU SAVE THE WORLD YOU WIN THE END!" it's just revealing more about the backing story.
which, to me atleast, seems to be implying that the player is minecraft. it's all just a dream, a world which you created in your mind.
what do you guys think?ending???
when you beat the enderdragon it shows credits and this story thing.
it's pretty cool. :D

Interesting fact about Creepers:
They grow on trees.
Don't believe me? Watch Minecraft Documentary.

You sure? When it told you to wake up, it seems you reappear in your normal world. Perhaps the ENDING of a SURVIVAL game was the dream!

How do I get an enderdragon to spawn in the end?
In pre release 6? I'm sure they spawn naturally...

Are there any good guides on joining a server? Also, what good guides are there for building a good mc house and generally getting started? Also, what friendly servers are recommended for beginners? Also, what's hamachi and all that?

The one in my sig. It's REALLY NICE! Everything about it is nice. Especially the people.
House tutorial:
Make a square(something like 7x7 or higher). Make walls on the base that are about 4 or more blocks high. Add a roof. Add some lighting so monsters don't spawn. There's you new house!
Extras: Add Windows if you like. You should add a farm by the house(put fences under the farmland) so you won't get hungry. Try putting things like multiple chests, a workbench and a furnace.

I can't believe Minecraft was all a dream. I don't WANT to believe it was all a dream. xD I don't want to go to The End. I guess that's why they call it The End, huh? xD

Me either. It sounds like it ruins the idea that I've always loved about Minecraft- where it never really ends. Plus, I like how you get to decide what Minecraft is (in a way). But now it's just been told to you: Minecraft is a dream. D: Oh well. I just won't visit The End.

Minecraft is ruined. It should not be beatable. Me and a secret friend are collaborating on Minecraft: Take two... Following the path Minecraft should have taken. It went mainstream as soon as they hit potions.

WHOAH. In the 1.9 pre release 6, when you beat the enderdragon, a small pedestal appears with an enderdragon egg on it. and when you collect the egg, a portal in the ground appears, and when you go trough the portal, it takes you to the END CREDITS. That means it's possible to BEAT MINECRAFT!
You probably did Adventure mode
