Can you report for this?
So, I was posting something on a minecraft server forum that said if the people act kinder I would go back on. Then, somebody came and said: "Don't worry, nobody's missing you." Can I report this?

you got dissed on some mc server by some scratcher and want to report them
but it didnt happen on here it was on mc

No, you're not getting it. They were mean on the forums when I posted that I would go back if they were kinder.(NOT MC FORUMS)...

I would say it would never hurt to report them, if it should be reported, the moderator will decide the discipline, if not, the moderator will do nothing. 
If you are reading this, please read to the end, because if you don't you won't know what's at the end. Don't just skip to the end though otherwise you won't be able to read the middle, which is most important. Now you must be wondering why you just read all that, the reason is you may have not noticed something, read it again and see if you notice it this time

What would the ST do if someone spam reported, distracting Mods by reporting a bunch of random things...

Abusing the reporting system is pretty bad (especially if it's done often), most likely, the ST would ban the person for abusing the reporting system.

If the comments were made on the Scratch forums, you can report the comments and a moderator will take a look. Keep in mind, when it comes to offsite drama (whether it be fight with a person you know in real life, or a fight that originated from another online community, or basically any drama not related to Scratch at all and originating from elsewhere), it's best not to drag that on the Scratch site in the first place.
