I have seen many sites, including this one, where you can post a download link on your computer, which people can download at will. I do not want to post regular Scratch downloads though. I want to be able to post a download of a modified source code image file, so people can use the blocks I make in it. If there any way it would be possible to do so using a Freeweb? My site is in my signature.

When you log in, under the big toolbar there's a smaller, less shiny one with a few options. Click on the one that says "manage files" then click "upload single file" in the Upload box. Upload your file and... tada!

I know HTML. I actually made an entire freewebs account (I normally use Freewebs Advanced) to figure out how to upload in freewebs beginner. But the whole link thing stays the same, there is no specified tag like <download href="blahblahblah.image"> or anything. You still need to do pretty much the same thing but in a different way.
