Multiple times on Scratch I have come across some projects with some swearing that is most definitely not appropriate for lots of Scratchers. I have flagged them, but nothing is ever said or done about it. Why?

The Scratch Team isn’t online all the time, so they don’t get the report immediately.
One of them I flagged two months ago, and the other was about a week ago.

It depends on what you mean by swearing, and maybe something went wrong with the system.

It wasn't all exactly swearing, some was what may be considered mild cursing, but still shouldn't be on Scratch.

Hey bdn7, sometimes projects with some mild cursing usually gets an NFE mark (meaning it isn't removed, but it will never be allowed on the front page), depending on the content.
This issue is one of those things where some people will agree and some will disagree on whether or not it should be removed from the Scratch website (sometimes even Scratch Team members have difficulty sorting this stuff out ^^U). You can always contact the Scratch Team for clarification on the projects that you flagged, or for any questions about the approach to mild cussing on Scratch.
As for the part about checking projects, they're usually checked within a day if not within a few hours (although, some might take a few days longer before a final decision is made on a project; this usually happens for cases where a project might be a borderline project of sorts).

PG
People cuss in PG movies.
Ya but the only PG movies I've seen where people say some of these words are from the 70's and 80's and back then they could get away with a lot of stuff in PG movies.
