I am working on a Sonic the Hedgehog engine in Scratch. So far the collision is glitchy, and there is no slope detection. I am looking for programmers.
All programmers will need Panther.
To do:
Add goal post
Add Y scrolling
Add slope detection
Add spindash
Fix collision
Fix movement speed
Add loops
Design/Make demo zone
We are 0% complete with these tasks.
Also, Post suggestions here!

I can be a bug fixer. I'm pretty good at programing.

Okay. I will upload the first version to my test account, ed49.

Wait a minute, I forgot that I started this in Panther. I think that I will need someone with both Panther and Scratch to convert it to a normal Scratch project. The variables are a special type in Panther, so they are obsolete in Scratch.

Sorry to necropost, but I'm bringing this project back! I hope to have a zone complete by SAGE 2013. I did a hack for SAGE 2012, but i forgot one of the upload steps, and it was never released. I also lost the project file for this, but I've seen henley's sonic engine, and it works better than mine ever did. I am going to ask permission to base this engine on that one.
