Upload without publishing?

Is it possible to upload your scratch file to the web site as a "work in progress" privately (that only you can see) until you are ready to publish?

That way you can test on the web site and perfect your script before releasing it to the world.

By uploading your project to the website you agree to share it with others. Whenever I want to test how a project will work before uploading it, I script my own offline webpage using the java player offline and these directions.

Re: Upload without publishing?

No...anything uploaded to the web can be viewed by everybody.  What I (and some others) do is use a second "test area" account just for testing things out and keep our normal account as our "public" area.  That way if people are keeping an eye on our normal account they won't see a bunch of unfinished stuff.  It doesn't really keep it private but it does help to separate "finished work" from "work in progress".

Another approach is to just upload the test version to the web for a short period, do your tests, then delete it before anybody notices it there.

That's a cool approach!  I should give that a try  smile
