Stage Clicked in Presentation Mode

When my project runs in the environment editor, it runs fine.  However, when I click "Presentation Mode" the "When Stage Clicked" event doesn't seem to fire... no matter how many times I click on the background!

Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug in Scratch?

Re: Stage Clicked in Presentation Mode

is there a sprite over the background that u are clicking?

Dear Scratch Users,
I'm done with scratch, or at least making projects. I have made one last big game, thats both fun and teaches a lesson about water. It'd mean a lot if you gave me feedback.                              http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/bosox397/569201

Re: Stage Clicked in Presentation Mode

Nope.  I can see the stage image and am trying to click on it.

I do have a full screen sprite that is located behind everything though...  But, that doesn't seem to bother the program running in the small window withing the editor.

Re: Stage Clicked in Presentation Mode

OK, figured it out.  Everything's working now.

I just needed to
[blocks]<hide>[/blocks]
the large sprite.

Re: Stage Clicked in Presentation Mode

Yes that is what I was looking for because if you are clicking on another sprite it will not go through and click on the background. The main reason, is that no sprite can go BEHIND the stage. (no matter how many layers you tell it to go back. Glad I could help  smile
