Two sprites meet, join up, move, then separate

For a dance animation I am writing  two dancers meet, join hands, do a rotation say, then separate. Can I manage this with just two sprites, ideally any pair of quite a few sprites, or do I have to create new sprites representing a joined up pair?

Thanks for earlier help, much appreciated.

No you can do that but you are going to need to make a bunch of costumes for the rotation, for that is not possible with the scratch blocks. Hope that helps!  big_smile

Dear Scratch Users,
I'm done with scratch, or at least making projects. I have made one last big game, thats both fun and teaches a lesson about water. It'd mean a lot if you gave me feedback.                              http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/bosox397/569201
