I figured that since the main major change from XP's version of Paint was adding anti-aliasing to the pen tool, which makes the lines look smoother, that was the issue he had with it. If you have bought a legal copy of XP, or have a PC with XP, then you can use the XP mspaint.exe on a windows 7 operating system. However, if you have sold or no longer own XP or the disc/license, you may not use it as it is part of the operating system.
I know it is rediculous, but it is the way it goes. If you dont mind about any of that legal stuff, get Paint.NET, and disable AA. Ok?
