Okay, I'm not exactly a new Scratcher, but here it goes:

Can you upload a project made with blocks you've either created or found in the block library? I don't have any project in mind, I'm just interested. I'm sure the answer is somewhere, but I've run some searches and can't find it hmm . I think I remember reading you couldn't post any projects made with scratch mods like Panther or BYOB. Does that apply here?

There is nothing that doesn't allow you to upload them, but the custom blocks won't work online.

Projects actually made in mods can't be uploaded.

Try just copying the blockspecs from obsoleteBlockSpecs to blockSpecs.
Alt+C, then Alt+V.
