Nobody reads the bible (okay some do, I'm just generalizing so don't take insult) but they know what's 'good' and 'bad'. Being gay is apparently 'bad' in the bible and it's been around for hundreds of years of human history so that's why some people think of it as inappropriate: because they've been taught all their life by parents taught all their life that it's 'wrong'.
So if you were taught that it's automatically right! Don't think for yourself! Just believe the garbage you've been spoon-fed all your life!

Calm down. "Spoonfed" is just insulting.

I'm against eating meat, but not for religious purposes.
And being against homosexuality for religious reasons is just asinine. Does she believe that eating pork is wrong? Does she believe that planting two crops together is wrong? Does she believe that getting a round haircut is wrong? And here's a big one: does she believe that slaves should do everything that their masters say? I'm guessing not, but all of those things are prohibited in the Bible. If those things are fine, then what makes homosexuality wrong?

I have nothing against Lesbiants, Gays, Bi-Sexual or Transsexual, but transvestites make me feel awkward. I try to be nice to them though.

The fact that you misspelled every single one of those words wrong says otherwise.

I mean when guy's wear dresses. I know it makes me a bit biased if I'm okay with girls wearing guy clothes and uncomfortable when guy's wear girl clothes but, yeah. Its the truth. I don't let it affect my treatment of them though.
