Mouse Disappearing?!
Sometimes, when I go onto the scratch program and onto the paint editor, the mouse disappears and everything goes all funny?! I don't know what has happened, though all of the other programs are ok? I'm so confused!
PLEASE HELP!!!

Try re-installing Scratch, and see if that fixes it. Have you edited the Scratch image file at all? (If you don't know what that means, it's probably a no).

What I usually do if the mouse disappears is try moving the mouse to the part where you put all the scripts and right clicking. That should work.

As said, try reinstalling scratch. If that doesn't work, then test your mouse with other programs. If they work there, then I'm not sure what to say

That happened to me once.
Click. It's probably a missing cursor. On Scratch clicking resets the cursor.
