No "Add to friends" Button

I was recently looking at projects, and wanted to add a user to my friends. But when I went to their page, I didn't see an add to friends button. ????????

Well, the "Add to friends" button is usually at the top-right corner of a users page, under where it says their username. If you don't see this, I'm not sure why you don't, but you  can try logging out and back in or refresh the page. If that doesn't work, try Xing out. And if it still doesn't work, try a new browser.

Can you post the username? It may be a problem loading their page when they registered.

Is it just for one user or for everyone? If it's just for one user, who is it, so others can try it out to see whether it your computer or the user's page. Also, is there just a blank space where it should be?
