I need help with custom blocks.

Every single thing on the forums where it says where to put the blockspec,
DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


This is a question for the Scratch 1.4 source code.

Scone 0.2 will not be released until this gets an answer.
