i see a bunch of people who have moveing pictures and gallery pics and i wanna know how you can do that

some one please tell me how to do this i try to make a project fpr it but the file size is too big...im styumped sad

use a gif. a smaller one if it says too large.

i made a project for my gallery icon....and idk how to use a .gif or whatever it is....
