This is a funny poem my uncle told to me. It's funny because every line is an oxymoron.
One bright day in the middle of the night
Two dead boys came out to fight.
Back to back they faced each other
Took out their swords and shot each other.
One deaf man heard the noise
And ran away to save the boys.
And if you don't believe this lie is true
Ask the blind man- he saw it, too!

No, it's two words that seem to contradict. Examples: jumbo shrimp, freezer burn, rap music ( )
I think what he means is "contradiction."

There was a young man named g8rghr,
Who was said to be a poetic Scratcher.
He wrote in free verse,
(Poems can't be much worse)
And, occasionaly, would eat a hamburger.
Best I could do at short notice.

Here is your poem, written in Elvish meter (ann-thannath):
One brightened night, two dead brothers
Came out to play with deadly toys.
Back to back, they faced each other,
They drew their swords and shot them through.
A deaf man heard the crashing noise,
And ran to help the dead brothers.
If you think false this tale of boys,
Just ask the blind man-he saw too.
Ann-thannath is basically iambic quadrumeter, with rhyme scheme ABACBABC.

What exactly did that mean? I'm not that good at reading hidden messages from the punctuation.
