*.org is only for non-profit organizations (only okay if you're doing it for charity, etc.). *.net is also pay-for-hosting, and is mainly for ISP. Basically, no. Unless you know how to build your own server from spare parts and put your own site on the internet without any help. And I don't actually know if it's legal to put a site on the web without being an ISP.

You can have a .webs.com or use a redirect. Other than that, you have to pay around 5.00 to 10.00 dollars a month. BUT! When you pay for a website, you can make your money back with ads.
