Scratch Translator

You know how scratch has a category of topics for different languages? Well, instead of doing that, why not just use a translator, that is at the top of scratch, that translates the page you're on, into a language of your choice. There's even a NICE spot for this. An empty stop at the top of this page. See it? Right next to the 'My Stuff' button right up there! Here's how it'd look:

[ Home ]  [Projects]  [Galleries]  [Support]  [Forums]  [About]  [My Stuff]  [Translate]

What do you think??

Re: Scratch Translator

Hmm. Odd, I don't see it. Is it only when you're not on the forums? I was saying there should be one on the forums as well, that uses something like google translate to translate the topic.

Yeah. That's what I'm saying. It'd leave more room on the main forums page, because they wouldn't have to have those whole langue topics.

Re: Scratch Translator

But then people'd be posting in announcements in french, arabic, chinese, and all other random languages...

just cause people translate a forum doesn't mean they'd know how to speak it...

Re: Scratch Translator

Why don't you just use Google Translate?

You'd have to switch through a bunch of languages, and you could only highlight the language you want to translate.

In Chrome, it detects if the page is not in English, and if you right-click on the page and select "translate to English", it automatically translates it to English so you don't have to switch through a bunch of languages and highlight the language you want to translate.
.....So basically, you could just use Chrome as your browser.

Lots of people prefer different browsers though, this suggestion would allow you to use any browser you want.
