my projects won't download or work online!
When I share some of my projects, they show up on the "my projects" page, but won't finish loading, and when I try downloading them a message pops up and says that the project is damaged. What do I do?

Do your projects have lots of music or sounds? That can usually be the cause of it. But if you can't download it without it being damaged, that means it probably wasn't uploaded correctly. I'm not sure.

All of my projects have a lot of sounds, but only a few don't work. Whenever I share anything it says "failed: UNKNOWN REASON" but that doesn't effect whether it works or not.

Maybe you put in the wrong password, or wrong username. How many times have you tried?

When it says "Failed: UNKNOWN REASON" the project often works online, so I don't think that's the issue.
