Suggesting that the Misc. Forums be Moved
Many of you are thinking right now, WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU THINKING?!?!
Well, I have seen 21 topics about users pretending to be quitting/discussions about these fake-quits. It is annoying for the Moderators and everyone not participating in the stunt to have over 1/2 of the topics be related to quitting. Maybe there should be a seperate Misc. forum, as what happened to the Text-Based Games.
The Misc. Forum could be divided into sections like "Polls", "Gaming", and "Other". There would be seperate Misc. Moderators to devote their work especially to the Misc. Forums. If this suggestion was accepted, these mass "quitting" topics would end.
What are your ideas/opinions?

Well. Without Misc, there would be a lot less people going on Scratch, but with Misc there is a lot more spam. The only suggestion I can give is to be stricter with the rules in Misc, that might be okay then. But it really annoys me to see new scratchers posting anywhere like in suggestions or advanced topics about something random.

Some sort of "I Quit!" fad I'm sure this will be a one-time thing.
I've suggested the breaking-up-Misc before, but it would just be more work (moving topics that are in the wrong section, ect.)
I think it would be a good idea to have Misc. Mods! I mean the TBGs have their own mods and everything. So why not Misc, the largest board? Good idea!

IDK. That IS kind of what the MISC. Topic is for. To post WHAT EVER! That doesn't have another place to go on the forums. I do agree with you though. If there's a vote, I'd say no.

Besides, if Misc. is deleted, the forms will become cluttered with non-Scratch related stuff. Then people will want the forums gone all together.

@imnotbob I have already clarified that I mean "deleted" in the same way Jonathanpb meant "deleted" when he was talking about the Text-Based Games. The Misc. Forums are becoming similar to the old Text-Based Games, so why is it so bad? They would get moved. I'll request to change the name if you want.

I'd say thats not a bad idea, they could seperate them into different sections, like servers, polls, Discussions.

Them being combined would be bad, But a whole seperate forum section for Misc, like how the TBG's are would be pretty good. They could make some sub-forum sections within that like Polls, Discussions, or Servers.

Do you not remember when Inspiration and More was one forum!? It was chaos!!!!
The TBGs and Misc are already pure chaos, and them combined would be unstoppable forces! The Scratch Team’s faces would explode!

I joined before that, but I didn't start using the forums until misc was one forum.
