For Creative Writing, we had to write 3 poems.... So I wrote one based on the last scene in Portal 2 entitled "One Wish" from Wheatley's perspective. (If my teacher is viewing this- I can prove this poem is mine if you need me too)
One Wish
If I only had
One wish
Do you know what
I’d wish for?
To take it all back.
If I only had
One wish
I’d tell her
I’m sorry.
For everything.
If only I could
Talk to her one
Last time…
Let her know
That if I could
Take it all back
I would.
I honestly would.
The betrayal.
The threats.
My bossy
Monstrous
Behavior.
And not just
Because I’ve
Wound up here
But because
I was a fool
If I had
One wish
I’d tell her
I’m sorry.
Truly, Sincerely
Genuinely
Sorry.
I let one of my friends read it before I turned it in because he knows the game. So while the teacher was reading it to the class, we kept laughing. The teacher noticed that and asked what he thought the "here" was... Laughing he said he knew because I had told him (I really wanted to yell "SPAAAAAAAAACE" at this point). Soon, some other kids started to get it (one girl yelled "Oh my God!" when she got it).
The rest of the class felt left out though XD
I think the best part was when (before the teacher asked my friend about "here") my teacher talked about how we all carry a lot on our personal CHASSIS. I was trying so hard not to die laughing.... If I didn't know better, I'd say he knew the game.
So discuss references you've made to popular culture in school... and how many people got them

We have to write a story about gargoyles, and so the 4 main characters who get attacked are the 4 cores. As humans. And drew them underneath their description on the paper, and my friend who likes Portal (not the one who i pranked, it's a different kid who has no idea what portal is) saw me drawing them and he was like: "Hey, they're the 4 cores
"
I also typed up a document that says I work at Aperture, and the science teacher read it and asked me to print her a copy to hang up in her classroom. XD

SCIENCE ISN'T ABOUT WHY, IT'S ABOUT WHY NOT!!
I stood up and read the WHOLE ENTIRE paper aloud when we were waiting for the bus to arrive. My tech teacher likes it too, but he didn't ask for a copy.
Science class will officially be Aperture related for the rest of the year. XD
Also, our little group name is called 'Oxidizers' which an oxidizer has to do with rocket science. Aperture used to have a space program. SCHOOL IS APERTURE RELATED EVERYWHERE. And it feels awesome.

Today we talked about my Phantom of the Opera inspired poem (I'll post it if you guys want). A lot more people got that reference
But the first kid to comment said it reminded him of Beauty and the Beast (which I see as Disney's Phantom so it was all good
).

Awesome! Post it!
Anyways, we learned about mitosis in cells. And I discovered I could draw GLaDOS.
GLaDOS: Mitosis is.......
and the kid next to me is the one who likes Portal, and he laughed at my notes. XD

I doodle Wheatley and the Phantom in my notes all the time
That Moment
The impossible had occurred.
She loved him!
Loved him
Enough to forget
What he was
And grant the favor
Of a kiss!
But in that moment
His eyes were opened
To all that he had done.
All that he had done
To be underserving
Of that love.
And in that moment
He also knew
That she would never
Be truly happy like he
Wanted her to be
If she stayed
With him.
So after that moment
He let her go
Wishing her
(in his own way)
The best in life
Though it hurt him to
See his love go
With the other.
He would treasure
That moment
Now and forever
In sickness and health
For the rest of his life
Until death did the
Memory of that moment part.
Lots of people said they liked the last stanza because of the play on the wedding vows
