How do you evaluate Scratch projects?

I am trying to come up with a set of categories that people could use to evaluate Scratch projects.  Here are some ideas but I'd be curious to know what you think:

For when you like a project:
- Inspiring
- Emotional
- Cute
- Energetic
- Smart
- Funny

For not liking a project:
- Boring
- Confusing
- Too buggy
- Slow

What else?

I don't know if you have seen this website: TED.com, but I was kind of thinking in doing something like what they do for rating their videos. I think I like the fact that it goes beyond just thumbs up/down.

Dear Scratch Users,
I'm done with scratch, or at least making projects. I have made one last big game, thats both fun and teaches a lesson about water. It'd mean a lot if you gave me feedback.                              http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/bosox397/569201

I guess some of them apply more to  games others to animations. There are so many types of projects.  I'm trying to think of categories that would apply to the widest range of projects.

Re: How do you evaluate Scratch projects?

Effort would be a good one. I see many projects with hardly any effort put in controlling the front page while some which have taken weeks of effort get a couple of views.

And atlast - a rating system  big_smile
