Scratch

Hi All.

I've searched the forum and unless i've missed someting i've not found a solution to the error above other than, 'it just started working'.

First of all, we're running version 1.4 and i edited the scratch.ini file to include our proxy details as there was no connection at all.

The proxy is unauthenticated.

I made the same changes 5 months ago and it worked first time.  Nothing has changed with the proxy filter in that time.

Is there anything else i can check at all?  I don't have a non-proxy route out.
