Emailing

I usually email photos and animations in the body of the message.   I haven't found it possible with scratch.    Sending it by File attachment the recipient recieves the Scratch Project page with the animation on.     How do I send so just the animation is received.

Re: Emailing

Here is a link to more information about how to embed your project in a webpage.

http://scratch.mit.edu/pages/embed

If you are sending email in HTML format you might try the first method shown. I don't know if it will work and I'm pretty sure that most email clients will try to block the running of java applets inside of messages for security reasons. But the second method mentioned about using an image(thumbnail) with a link to the project should work fine. Your message recipient is going to have to click on the thumbnail to make it work though.

I hope this helps somewhat.

You can also e-mail the link to your project.

Re: Emailing

The programme is not what I expected.   I don't want to put animations on a website.  I email animations from websites to hundreds of contacts without any problem so I thoought this programme would enable me to make my own to send.
