Why are so many people quitting?

I sometimes wish we had a way for Scratchers to "Graduate."

As we all know, "Quitting" is, unfortunately, often done as a kind of publicity stunt, or as a way to express dissatisfaction (unfortunately, it's usually done in a way that's not really constructive or helpful).  So when Scratchers simply feel it's time to move on, they have to provide all kinds of explanations so people understand that what they are doing is different than "quitting." 

We all know Scratchers are growing and changing all the time.  And really - none of you are likely to keep hanging out on Scratch into your twenties and thirties.  Everyone will move on eventually - some by quitting, but some by just saying it's time to go on to the next stage of their 'online' lives.

So - happy graduation, Alternatives!  And thanks for all that you've invested in Scratch and the Scratch community. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
