Unable to change posting permissions to "Some of my friends" gallery

It won't let me do it! I click to add a friend who can post projects in the gallery 
( http://scratch.mit.edu/galleries/view/41981 ) And it doesn't do anything but take me to the top of the page. I'm running safari ( V. 3.1.2 ) on Mac OSX 10.5.6

Sounds like a bug of some sort...Do you see an error message of any kind?  Or just a blank page?  Have you tried it with a few other friends to see if it fails on them to? 

Is anybody else having trouble with this feature?

I am. You click on them and they don't go to the top section of the page.
