And for removing the share menu item: Open the browser, go to Scratch-UI-Panes -> ScratchFrameMorph -> all -> shareMenu and remove "t2 add: 'Share This Project Online' action: #share.".
The shareMenu item does not exist.
(maybe because I am editing 1.2.1)
