Scratch Times - Positions open for: Writers & Editors

I am starting a new seies of projects called "Scratch Times". They will be posted weekly and will become the official Scratch newspaper. The newspaper will have ** different sections: Intro Page (news), Users & Front Page, Projects And One called " Everything Else".

Position 1: Author
I can write the first and last page (Intro and Everything Else) but, I need someone to write and design the style of the other pages.

Things I am looking for in a writer:
-Perfection (I hate mistakes and sloppy looking work)
-Artistic abilities (optional)

Position 2: Editor (and/or) supervisor
I need someone to check all the spelling and maybe change some of the design to look better.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please reply to this with your: Name, experience, preferred job and any other notes I should know about you.

Notes:

-Depending on the amount of applications turned in, I might have shifts of one week for writers. (Editors will have longer shifts)

-The first newspaper will come out either today or tomorrow. It will be only by me but the next one is when I will need help.

GOOD LUCK!

I certainly understand what you mean. However, I have had the idea for quite some time now and just started to work on it since I have been busy with other projects.

If you won't let me use the name, perhaps we should talk to a member of the Scratch team about it. They could help us work out a solution.

Re: Scratch Times - Positions open for: Writers & Editors

Hello, my name is Matt or mattb777. I have written a newspaper for school about the American Revolution. In that assignent I received full credit. I would prefer the Author position. Here is a [quick] sample of my journalism/what you might see in your newspaper:

A project by CodeBreaker has been recently curated. It is called BeTiled. The object is to get to the pink square and advance to the next of 5 levels. Hitting certain tiles with a certain color can change the color to red, blue, or yellow. Hitting red, blue, or yellow while you are a different color will cause you to start over. The last level can't be completed because there is no level after it. You can play it here.

Notes: 1. The link goes to the Google Homepage
2. This is an example. I didn't write this before now.

Do you think I'll get the part?

You seem fit for the job but we don't run the newspaper anymore. I'll let Pokemongardevoir know you want to help, she has a newspaper!
