a bit confused
Hey guys! I'm going back to louisiana from florida. Sorry about not using perfect grammar and capitalization right mow. I'm on my phone.
But that's what confuses me. How do I have any bars? I'm in mississippi right now, I think. Got quite a while till we get home.
But still, how do I have any bars on my phone? How can I connect to scratch?

The magic cell phone towers. 
Two years ago, I went to florida as well, when it rained I used my dads cell phone to play Flag RPG (On the TBG forums )

I'm pretty much in the middle of nowhere though
No towers in sight. Just trees & cars
And nothing else has internet. Not my nook or my dsi etc

There doesn't have to be a tower in sight
And the Nook and the DSi use WiFi and not 3G (well, the Nook might if you have the right model, but it sounds like you don't). Your phone could be using 1X or 3G depending on what model it is.
