sprite moves on screen when costume changes HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when i change his costume my sprite moves and his costume is the exact size as him HELP!!!!!!!!

The location of a Sprite is referenced by its "Rotation Center", so even if the two costumes are identical in appearance, if the Rotation Center isn't the same the sprite will appear to move if you change costumes.  Check this out by using the costume editor and selecting the "Set Rotation Center" button (lower left).  Make this the same for both costumes and see if your problem is resolved.
