On comments, you can make (link to project), (link to gallery), and I think (link to forums) by typing the project/gallery/forum topic's URL into your comment and it'll automatically change it. In project notes, you can make those links but you can also make links to outside websites by doing the same thing but it'll just show the URL of the website as the link.
