I think Scratch should have a private system, like when you share a project, but want to keep it secret, Scratch should have a option to make the project private or free to all. And then if you want beta testers of your game, you would then not need to ask for their email adress then to share the private projects. So, there should be a private message system.
Both those ideas have to do with each other.
What do you think?

Hey, nice suggestion but I don't think that's going to happen.
See, Scratch is all about sharing. It's in the motto: Imagine, program, share. I don't think the Scratch Team would like something that's private to some people and not private to others.
Scratch is supposed to be open to the public, where everybody can see what you are doing.
If you want to test your project without anybody seeing, there's always the option to test offline.
If you really want the project to be tested online, just do it quick and don't leave it on there so that it could get discovered by a bunch of people overtime.
Hope this answered your question!

See part 6 of this thread for why private messaging will never happen.

He used a present-verb tense implying that Scratch 2.0 exists in the present. Which it doesn't.
And the only reason a few people could view a project at once would be that Scratchers will be able to collaborate via the Internet more easily. Because S2 will be online, as well as offline.
