To fungirl123,
Mesh is a connection on which you play downloaded games. My IP is 192.168. 11.2. To get an IP and play games with others, connect to Mesh. To connect to Mesh, You have to press and hold Shift then click on the rounded bit on the R on the Scratch Logo, a menu will appear. Click "turn fill screen off". Then you have to click on the white border that appears (I edited so it's red on mine). Click on open, then browser. Then go Scratch-UI-Panes, ScratchFrameMorph, menu/button actions, addServerCommandsto:. Then change the t2 ← true to t2 ← false then click accept. Type in your initials then click on OK (click the only button when I'm wrong). Then Close the Browser, Shift-Click the rounded bit again then click turn fill screen on. To stay connected, Shift-Click the rounded bit again then click save image for end-user, reopen Scratch then Shift-Click the share button.

No. Mesh works in only a LAN network. MANs and WANs would seem to crash Scratch.
