Create user database of sprites and backgrounds.

I have one suggestion for you. Would be prefect, if you create base of sprites and backgrounds on internet, where it can be opened and downloaded directly from scratch desktop and users can upload items to this database. Add this feature please to scratch.

I believe this already exists. I'm not sure if it does, but I think it does. I don't know where, but I think it does.
