This is a forgotten cartoon about the misadventures of Bernie Barges, who becomes the dog-sitter of Corniel. But Corniel has a secret. He can speak perfect English. When Bernie finds out, he tries to exploit Corniel to the world for his own publicity. He fails at this, but becomes great friends with Corniel. Corniel is often giving Bernie advice and is his voice of reason.

This was only aired on Nicktoons Network, when Nickelodeon bought 36 French episodes of it.
