ipad interactive ebook

hi everyone!
i'm looking for an ipad software editor, for make an interactive ebook like this: http://www.scratch.mit.edu/ext/youtube/?v=3H-E7LoxTGQ
can "scratch" do this?

No scratch can't be used on the iPad unless you use the online flash player

But iPads can't play Adobe Flash. Maybe if you used the Java player  tongue

iDevices cannot open scratch files (.sb).  smile
