round __ by __
the round blocks only rounds numbers to the closest whole.
this block can let you choose what number to round to.
round 17 by 10 = 20
round 12.62 by .1 =12.6
^.^ hope you understand my english is really bad XD

We would probably call it round to, not round by. I support.
