Flash Player Trouble

I've got flash player, but scratch keeps saying "you need adobe flash to play this"

Yet i've installed it already!

what do i do

Maybe try updating your adobe flash player. Or restarting computer or refreshing the cache on your browser.

What browser is this, and what OS? I've had the same problem with Flash content on Firefox running in Ubuntu Linux.
