The real difference between Public/Private Schools.
A user (not naming names) posted a really mean topic about how people in private schools had no friends and were hippies. The user also called quite a few people morons.
Here are the definitions of those terms:
Public School: A school run by the government.
Private School: A school not run by the government.
Discuss School, etc.

@ssss I am pretty sure that both kinds of schools have people with no friends, public or private. Just because it's called a "Public" school doesn't mean it's open to every last person.

The only reason the people at public schools don't have friends, is usually something to do with something they did.

@ssss In private schools, that is usually the case as well. However, some people have no friends because they simply don't fit in.

Well, there could be a significant difference between specific schools. If a specific public school and a specific private school teach the same way and have the same community values, then going to either school is a matter of personal preference. If a specific public school does not teach as well and/or does not have the desired community values one as compared to a specific private school, then one might favor that specific private school more. Likewise, if a specific private school does not teach as well and/or does not have the desired community values one as compared to a specific public school, then one might favor that specific public school more.
And that's speaking from personal experience since I've attended both public and private schools. When comparing school, one shouldn't use generality (like I stated in the last thread about public and private schools).
