mouse hold menu
Is there some way to turn off the function where if you hold the mouse down it brings up the menu??

I don't think so. Why? What do you need the mouse to hold down for?

That doesn't happen online or in presentation mode, only in edit mode.

If you mean the menu with "duplicate this sprite", "delete this sprite" and others, then that won't happen in the full screen mode or when you upload it.
