I'm afraid I don't really understand your suggestion. Could you explain a bit more? 
It's always a good idea to explain exactly what your suggestion would be so that people can understand it. You'll be more likely to get support that way as well.

Link: http://suggest.scratch.mit.edu/forums/60449-suggestions/suggestions/2336138-a-clear-block-per-sprite- What I meant was that usually when creating multiple 3D, you can only use one clear block. The solution is make it smaller, exclude that that sprite, or use different costumes, which makes it slow. If each sprite had its own pen, the process would be easier.
