Can you post forum topics one after another after another on the same topic (ex: Show and Tell, All About Scratch etc)?

Do you mean can you or are you allowed to? I believe you CAN, but you shouldn't. But don't trust me. Let's just wait for some answers

It's possible, but not advised...many times, those topics are recognized as repeats and one is deleted.

Like let's say i were to post a topic on show in tell advertising a project and then when the time limit is up i post another one advertising another project. can you do that or will that get removed?

As long as they're for different projects, I think you should be OK. You may be better off consolidating them all into one topic, but I'm pretty sure you'd be fine with what you described.

Yeah, I would agree with this. It seems okay. Just don't repeat the same thing over and over.

Yes, that's fine if you have two things to post that warrant separate topics.
