It's not actually really easy to be hacked, people are just not careful at all.

Your forum has the chance of getting hacked and if you are careless. The best thing to do is always ban by IP at the first sign of spam/hackers

I've done this already. Also, you have to have your account confirmed first; you can't just create accounts willy-nilly
