I was working on a project, and I made a sprite that I needed to click many times, so I decided to test it in presentation mode.
Everything was going along just as I planned, so I thought "OK, time to make a sprite that broadcasts 'next'"
So I clicked the "back" button that brings me back to editor mode, and the screen freezes
I freeze too
I click it again
Nothing happens
I click the exit button, and the "Exit Scratch?" screen pops up, but nothing is inside it! I managed to grope around with my mouse to find where the "no" button usually is, and the exit screen closes
I'm still in presentation mode as I write this... HELP!!!!!!!!!
I've strarted over, but I'm still wondering whether this has happened to any other people Thanks to all who tried to help ;-)

(This only works on a windows computer.) To close Scratch you might need to open task manager. To do that press ctr+alt+delete (if you have a vista computer you will then have to select "start task manager"). When it opens if it is not already on the applications tab click it. You should see Scratch in the task list. Right click it and select "go to process". Then right click the highlighted process and select "end process". A message will pop up. Click "end process". Scratch should close.
If this problem keeps happening you might need to reinstall Scratch.

I've had similar problems from time to time...but not while exiting Presentation Mode...usually I see it while exiting Scratch. The exit verification window shows up with no text in it and I end up blindly clicking around. What operating system are you running?

This Might Be Off Topic. You Could Press the "esc" aka Escape Button To Leave Presentation Mode. I Use It All The Time.
