Squeak VM not working

I am making a Scratch mod called Scone, and when I open it in my Squeak VM, it comes up with a window completely filled with BLACK. Plain BLACK.

Re: Squeak VM not working

I had this once. Do you have all the relevant files in the scone folder (i.e. Scratch.changes, SqueakV2.sources, or whatever they're called)?

If it still doesn't work, and you're running Windows, try creating a copy of the folder with your mod in it and opening it from there. I don't know why this helps, but it does.

Re: Squeak VM not working

Scone folder on my desktop:
other(for logo)
ScratchPluginSrc1.4
ScratchSource1.4
Squeak-4.4.7.2357-linux_i386

ScratchSource1.4 folder in my Scone folder:
-------------------
ScratchSkin
License.txt
ScratchSourceCode1.4.changes
ScratchSourceCode1.4.image
SqueakV2.sources

276 items in ScratchSkin folder (too lazy to list all)

I don't know if this matters, but I run Squeak from a command prompt code launcher on my desktop.(My Squeak is a .sh, that was the only one I could find)
